    I had a set of Wusthof kitchen knives that were in VERY poor shape and Saabr did a fabulous job.. truly a professional. Turnaround time was less than 3 hours. I won't wait so long next time. Nothing better that a sharp knife (and nothing worse than a DULL knife)
