The tech that came out was very nice. He found the problem, but informed me that we would need to get a plumber to do the actual repair. My initial review was not very kind because of what we were charged for the service call (my fault for not asking before they came out). However, they later adjusted the charge because I wasn't informed. This completely changed my mind about this company. Lesson learned......always ask how much the service fee is before you ask someone to come out (for ANY service provider).
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everything done correctly and on time. Will definitely use them again in the future.
Best service possible. Called on a Wednesday, problem solved by Friday in time for huge party we were having. Have used them multiple times since. Phil Stallings knows his stuff and will do everything in his power to help you out. Wouldn't think if calling anyone else. He tells you like it is and you pay reasonable price for excellent quality. Best around, bar none!
