Great experience here. The VW labor costs are the absolute lowest in Charlotte, and lower than a lot of non-German specialists as well. Ted and his son have been in business for a very long time and have lots of VW specific experience. Seeing a shop full of late model Jetta's and collectors' classics inspired confidence. They took parts I brought in without complaint and didn't up the labor costs. I'll be coming here anytime I can't do the wrenching myself. Ted and his son are honest, quick and straightforward. Highly recommended.
