Mr. Holland is one of the most honest people you could meet. He treated me like he had known me from the time I met him. He fixed our air conditioner after someone had sabatoged it. Buddy told us we needed a compressor. He was able to fix it after it had been sabatoged. Whoever did this wanted us to purchase a new air conditioner. Buddy told us people will go to any length to scam you when it come to air conditioning service. I thank GOD everyday for this man. He fixed the air conditioning and it didn't cost a whole lot of money. He is a fair business man. I definitely did not have the money to purchase a new air conditioner. He listened to me and he did the job. I recommend him to everyone I know. I wish he was in Florida. Thank you Buddy, you are the most professional business man I have met. GOD bless you.

Bruce came out to our house and within a short time figured out exactly what our unit needed! This last summer was a doozie (heat wise) and the house would not cool below 78 degrees! The humidity levels were off the chart! By evening our house was soo much cooler and humidity down! His rates were more than reasonable as well I might add. The man knows his stuff when it comes to Heating and Air Conditioning.
Hot and Cold things did an awesome job on our AC. We thought the repair was going to cost us big time. Bruce came and within 5 mins. had us up and running. I recommend Hot and Cold Things for fast, "VERY AFFORDABLE" and professional service.
