  This place is set up with a professional and a very pleasant enviroment... The staff was very helpful and willing to answer questions.   I've been dying to visit since you guys opened and I was extremely pleased when I came in. Very clean and well laid out. Overheard talks of possible expansion? Good number of customers for a Tuesday around noon. Very knowledgeable staff. Look forward to spending more time with you guys!!!

  Great location. Easy to get to and well staffed. I felt the staff was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions including what might be best for my dog. Will definitely be back!

  I finally got a chance to visit Charlotte CBD! The process of checking in is on par with any dispensary I've ever visited out west. The selection of products was great, I honestly think they had a little bit of everything. The retail area is beautifully decorated. The products on display are clearly marked what they are and how much it costs. Most importantly, the staff are knowledgeable, professional and very polite. They were very busy while I was in there and still took the time to answer every question and help each customer based on their individual needs. I'm elated that I had a chance to speak with the owners while I was there and I love the passion and the vision they have for growing their business. I can't wait to visit the store again soon.

  End to end great customer service experience. Checking in is quick and easy, the staff at sign in is warm and friendly and the staff at the back counters where products are sold are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I bought some pain relief items for my 14 year old dog that have worked wonders and he can sleep through the night now. I also really enjoy that they have their pets in the store, it just makes the environment much more like I'm at home with no sales pressure.
