Staff is amazing, so friendly and detailed oriented! Dr. Sautter is excellent- very knowledgeable and trustworthy-Always goes the extra mile! Love this office and highly recommend them!!
I’ve been coming to Dr. Sautter for 2 years now and not only is he awesome, but so is his team! They’re always welcoming and kind. Every interaction has been great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
I've never been the type of person to leave reviews and I've always been terrified of the dentist but coming to my first appointment changed this completely. Everyone is incredibly nice, they tell you what they're doing every step of the way and make sure your comfort is their priority. Everything is so convenient and they're very informative and don't get annoyed if you ask too many or any silly questions. Every time I've been to a dentist before they never showed the care and attention I received at Sautter Family Dentistry today and I'm plesantly surprised to say I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Definitely recommend them for your new dentist!!
Always prompt and friendly. Excellent dentist and some of the best hygienists I have ever had. Only place I have been to anywhere in Charlotte that is courteous to its patients and actually cares about appointment times. Way to go. So much less stress than dealing with others in the area.
