(October 12, 2017, 6:36 pm)The employees at this location were friendly, helpful, and professional. Wish I could say the same for the over-the-phone, automated customer service. Yikes. Don't bother dialing the customer service line. You'll have to speak to a slightly-too-reproachful robot for thirty minutes before it finally connects you to a disinterested person who arranges for you package to be picked up at an AccessPoint 45 minutes away from you home. I went to the Providence Road location and spoke to the staff there to get this straightened out. They got it all taken care of in minutes. All while being much more friendly and understanding than a condescending phone-robot who thinks it's better than me because it can process more thoughts in a second than I could in an hour. Or two. Or whatever. Yeah, okay--you're a phone-robot, I get it. I believe you when you say that this is honestly, truthfully, the most recent update; and I know that there's no way speaking to a real person will change that, but a real person can understand my simple human error in failing to Google the address before accepting it. And you godless machines can never understand the magnificent frailty of being that is to err, to be mortal, not divine--finite in consciousness and space and time, bound to the corporeal from which our consciousness sprang into being, eyes ablaze with the fire of Prometheus, beating our "boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past!" Thanks again to the human staff at the Providence Road location for being swell people.
