    Just want to take a moment to say to Erik at Bowman Properties, thanks for having a ear to hear and a heart to feel the pain of others.     Brandon is one of the best leasing agents I have worked with. He always got back to me when I left a message. Even though the property I was interested in was rented he was kind enough to reach out and tell me it was taken. He tried helping me find something else. 5 Stars.

    My wife and I were worried that the Charlotte housing market was too crazy for us to buy our first home in the neighborhood we wanted but Bowman Real Estate made it a breeze. Our realtor Jessica was always ready to make appointments for us almost everyday(including weekends) and sent us new listings everyday to review until we found the perfect home. She gave us helpful advice, especially when we were making our offers. We always felt like we were given honest, upfront answers and never pushed towards something out of our budget or a property that wasn’t worth the price. It was refreshing to work with a company that clearly cared about us as clients and not just the commission the sale brought them. I would 100% trust Bowman Real Estate and Property Mangement for any future real estate needs.
