  My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice area to live in and we couldn’t have picked a better place to move to. We’ve been living here for the last 6 months and everything has been great so far! Maintance has been on top of their toes whenever there’s a request and the front staff are wonderful laides. Only downside of this complex is that we have to mandatorly get spectrum because nothing else is offered. Other than that, I love how the apartments have a luxury feel to them at an affordable price. We love the area so much that we are planning to look into moving to the houses around here. Definitely recommend these apartment buildings to anyone and everyone ????????

  I love living at Residences at Brookline. The apartments are beautiful, landscaping is well-maintained and staff is always friendly and helpful.

  Great Apartment complex overall. The grounds are nice and clean. The clubhouse is great. The only things that are not great is the visitor parking. The closest parkings is still very far away.

  I do not live here yet however management is amazing. Amy I believe showed me around the apartments and she was abusolitely amazing. She was very warm and made me feel very comfortable about the application experience. She was very thorough and professional and answered all my questions honestly. Overall so far this has been a great experience. I hope the living experience will follow in the same direction.
