The very best service I have received in the 10 years I have been getting eye exams and glasses.
I had a bad experience with customer service and courtesy from my previous Optometrist so I started searching for a new one. I came across Dr. Smith and read the reviews by previous patients and saw that there 58 reviews and all were 5 stars. I said, I have to see this doctor. Come to find out, she was at Target and right around the corner from me. No more driving across town.
She was everything the reviewers said she was. Kind, courteous, patient, listened intently to what my needs were, funny and most of all, just did an excellent job with the eye exam. I knew my glasses would be superb, because you can tell when when you receive a service it's going to be great because of the "feeling" you get about the overall experience. Even scheduling the exam online was easy.
Kudos to Trip, her assistant. He's awesome in every respect. He's extremely thorough and follows up as needed.
I picked the glasses up today, and wouldn't you know, they were just amazing. They were everything I hoped for and some.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Smith and team provided the best experience I've had at an eye exam. Thoughtful, thorough, and informative. She explained everything in easy to understand terms.
I highly recommend Dr. Smith. She was very patient and thorough when it came to me signing on as a new patient. She answer all my questions with a great sense of humor which made my visit very pleasant. I am happy that I found my new optometrist!
Dr. Smith is a wonderful, caring person who listens to you and a thorough doctor. Also, the rest of the staff at the office went out of their way to save me money and make the whole experience easy and pleasant.
