Sean was patient, kind, and helpful with assisting us in picking out the perfect mattress for us. He was also very honest and real and I appreciated that so much. He was also very funny and blast to work with. I adore what we ended up with and I'm so glad he helped us to figure it out. I would highly recommend you ask for him if you are considering a new mattress.

After 30 plus years of buying a queen size, Sean assisted us with finding our newest friend- Mr King Size. Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, non-pushy and super all around. Our first pain free mattress purchase! Thanks Sean. I hope to keep this rating after going through the whole delivery and use experience. To be continued.

After visiting several mattress firms locations, we did not get the same level of care, concern and customer service as we did with Felicia. We were considering getting our mattress from another competitor but after speaking with Ms. Banks, we were sold! She took the time to not only understand our needs but also our budget and recommended the best options for us. We could not be more happier with our mattress and our experience. Thanks you Felicia!
