I never have an issue that they can’t fix. Location is great. I have lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this one is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Anita, Amber, Christina and George are a great team!

(December 27, 2018, 4:22 pm)I am so happy and thankful to be here! I will be definitely staying here for a long time. Yes, there are lots of dogs on the property, but that's amazing. I just love the pet spa and the service that grooms my pooch for free! The dog park is completely fenced with agility equipment. Love, love, love!

(December 27, 2018, 11:07 am)Amazing place to live. The location is very convenient to the airport, plenty of shopping, and TopGolf is very close by for entertainment. Living here is fantastic to say the least. The few times I have had to call maintenance they were always prompt, very knowledgeable, and repaired my issue in a timely manner. The office staff is better than I have ever had at other properties that I have lived. They are always friendly, willing to help, and are very welcoming. I would highly recommend.

(December 26, 2018, 1:58 pm)The staff at Solis Berewick have really gone above and beyond by offering package wrapping for St.Jude donations. Not only did this save me time in wrapping my gifts but it was for a good cause. I really love the events and activities Solis Berewick provides to everybody.
