(August 26, 2018, 11:21 am)After vetting over 15 contractors we chose Joe Balich and Meridian Design Build to do a complete kitchen renovation. We are very glad that we met Joe as his work was outstanding, his pricing was fair and he proved to be an honest and straight forward contractor. He presented a complete contract and time line for the project along with a payment schedule that we all agreed to. Joe helped with basic design issues and helped us to realize our vision. He was extremely responsive to all of our questions and ideas as we went along. He is a great communicator and takes pride in keeping the project on schedule. We can honestly say that we received far more than we paid for and Joe Balich and his crew more than met our expectations. We were so pleased with Joe that we had him do several smaller projects and repairs while he was there. We highly recommend Joe Balich and his company, Meridian Design Build.

(July 13, 2018, 10:16 am)We've done two projects with Meridian Design Build... closets in our upstairs bonus room and a portico on the front of our house. On both jobs, the workers were punctual, professional, and pleasant. The work was done on time and on budget, and we are very pleased with the end result. We plan to use Meridian again when we finally remodel our master bathroom.

(July 10, 2018, 7:52 pm)I hired Meridian to do a bath remodel in March 2017. I had solicited bids from 4 contractors. Two obviously did not want the job because the bids were outrageously high. I selected Meridian because of the time spent gathering a complete understanding of my goals and my budget along with the service mentality toward the job.
Once the job started, and it was a nearly complete gut and rebuild, the on-site team lead protected the surrounding areas, kept me informed and guided the project to a highly professional and totally satisfactory conclusion.
I am planning a kitchen remodel in 2019 and Meridian will be high on my list of contractors to spec and price that project.
