  Great service that is very prompt with what my needs were. Felicia and the other lady was such a big help and got me set up so fast. They also let me know of other things I needed. Would definitely recommend!

  As a local Real Estate Broker, I stopped by life storage recently to inquire about rates an available units for a current client of mine, but also to see if they were worth my recommendation in general. Life Storage will definitely get my recommendation!! From the time I pulled into the parking-lot, I was amazed. The curb appeal is far greater than the normal and the facility itself is well-kept. Soon as I entered the office, I was instantly greeted with a smile and a warm hello from Felicia, the General Manager. I drilled her with alot of questions about the facility and company operations. Felicia answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns happily, and with exceptional customer service. I’m glad to say that my client is now a customer of Life Storage, and plans to recommend them as well. Thank you Felicia!! You’re amazing!!

  I walked into life storage to inquire about a unit and immediately i was greeted and offered help. Felicia was very accommodating and showed me a unit that fit my needs. She even helped me when i needed to return some items i purchased that i didn't need. She was very helpful and made my move much easier
