  These apartments/townhouses are still being constructed but the 2 bedroom my sister jus moved into is absolutely grand, nice pool, nice clubhouse, fabulous garages, private clubhouse, if ur looking to move to charlotte NC & don't want to live in charlotte, try Huntersville NC and these flats, they're for sale and lease, also lots of freebies come with units, so come check them out, promise you will not be disappointed.

  My husband and I are more than happy to be able to call “Brookson” our new home! Our move-in was smooth. Elsa was such a sweet heart since the very beginning. Everyone in the leasing office is kind, helpful, and super attentive. I would definitely recommend choosing Brookson as your new home.

  I love everything about this community. Shelby, Elsa and the whole staff are just great...they make you feel welcomed, and are very attentive. I am so glad to be a resident here. I would highly recommend Brookson Resident Flats if you're searching for a new apartment home.

  I love it here. Its quiet and the management is malleable and fluid to make it so you feel comfortable. As a former home owner, they have allowed me to keep my dignity and freedom.
