  The service department is always wonderful. Another business told me that I needed new tires, and when I asked the service advisor at Modern Nissan, he informed me that I still had plenty of tread and that I should wait to buy new tires. They're always transparent and helpful!

  Hands down, best car buying experience ever! To start with: I had one main question about a certain vehicle. After chatting with the online person (who I assume isn’t even on the premises) I received a text from Christian. At first I assumed this was some generic dealership mumbo jumbo, but I was wrong. Christian had actually went outside, and videoed a personalized video for me. He introduced himself and addressed my questions and concerns I had in the video. The next day I headed for the dealership. I always do hours of research and know exactly how much I plan to pay before I leave my house. I had my boxing gloves on and was ready for battle. To my surprise, there was no back for forth game between us and the sales manager. The first offer I received BLEW MY MIND! Needless to say, we left with a new(to us) vehicle and a smile on our face. No buyer’s remorse from this deal! We WILL return to this dealership and refer everyone we come in contact with! Do yourself a favor, go see Christian Marge and leave happy from a dealership for once!

  Thank you again Modern Nissan for another great experience. Top notch professional service in a comfortable and helpful atmosphere. Our sales executive Darrell Bacon was awesome. Very detailed and caring of our needs. Not only do I recommend a Nissan, but I recommend the sales services of Mr Darrell Bacon. Above and beyond. Thank you again.

  Alysia Brown - she was awesome and went out of her way to make my experience smooth and worry free. Loved her communication with me. She made me feel like a friend, not just a customer. I've had issues in the past with lack of communication, but Ms. Brown went out of her way to keep me informed.
