I can’t recommend ISI enough! Every fitness level is welcome and the coaches show modifications for all moves! They make sure you are comfortable. All of the members feel like they are your family! Wow…ISI Workouts really makes one sweat for better . Those 50 mins invested goes a long way to build better health, I especially love the finishers. Highly Motivating coaches, clean atmosphere and very good music played during workouts. Thumbs up to the entire team. Cheers…

Love this place! Despite having a knee injury and packing on the pandemic lbs Cynthia and Patrick have been awesome at making me feel comfortable,and gave great alternatives that kept the burn going..very family like atmosphere and you absolutely will get a great workout in.

Truly enjoyed my time yesterday. Honestly, I was so nervous, 1. I haven’t been around a ton of people since the pandemic and 2. I am a fit kind of person but to my surprise it was a very fun, challenging but yet fun class! So amazed that I signed up after class.
