I am a Travel MD. I have a VW Touareg 2013 and things have begun to break. For about 8 months, I had to open the drivers side window and reach outside to open the drivers sude door. Every VW dealer I went to...part has to be made in Germany, not in stock anywhere in the USA. Well, as I travel, I stop at every dealership and the same answer. I finally found a dealer who had the part, he charged me 3 times the price on the internet. He wanted to charge me several hundred dollars on top of that to install it though his mechanic stated he had never done this tepair before and didnt know how many hours it would take, I said No.
Then the back hatch wouldn't open. This is tough when traveling with suit cases, etc.
Well, I found Dejohn Auto and drove 2.5 hours to see them. Tyler and his father Gary were the beat mechanics I have seen! Even though they do not work on Bed, they took the challenge. In NO TIME they had Both problems fixed.
I expected an enormous bill.
To my surprise, I was charged So Little that I was embarrassed as if I were robbing him. Clearly they are the most honest, as well as talented.
Well, I gave Tyler a nice tip, I felt better.
Noe my wife dies not have to put up with a car lije a teenager, but has her adult car back.
Over the years I have had so much difficulty finding competent AND honest mechanics.
This I can promise, anytime I am in this state...or can make an excuse to visit NC again, I will drive any distance to have the DeJohns work on my vehicles.

Amazing car mechanics! I had an issue with engine pinging that other mechanics could not fix for almost a year, causing me to spend too much money. I was about to get rid of my truck and brought it to DeJohn's Auto as my last alternative. Turns out it was a vacuum line and was resolved and had no issues after it was replaced! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Over the past 5 years I have found DeJohn’s Auto Services to be extremely competent, and a business that operates with professionalism, integrity and provides services at a great value.

I have 3 family cars with 1 of them being driven by my daughter in college 4 hours away. DeJohn’s (Tyler, Gary and Megan) has kept my vehicles in solid mechanical condition and safe which is very important to me with my daughter making numerous trips home.

Most recently I had DeJohn’s pull my engine in my 2003 Lexus LS430 (I love this car and it has 230K miles on it) to replace all the seals, gaskets, timing belt, water pump, etc. since it developed a significant oil leak and I wanted to keep driving the car. Big job!!!

DeJohn’s did an outstanding job and I couldn’t be more pleased. The process and outcome was exactly as Tyler, Gary and Megan explained it to me.
