  I've never used a storage unit before and these folks are so amazing to work with from the local all the way up to national customer support. I've had some income issues and they've worked with me on payments, given me flexibility regarding any move out times, and have been all-around extraordinary. I have a lot of sentimental items that I've been terrified of losing due to my income problems and they put my anxiety monster to bed for good. Thank y'all so much for being amazing, I appreciate it more than you know.

  I went in on a rainy day there was actually a tornado alert out. it was a little hard to find the entrance because it was all the way in the back but I saw a sign and followed it . I was greeted by a nice woman named Michelle. she was awesome! she helped me out by telling me if I got a certain amount of boxes the discount was great. so I did! i’m in the middle of moving and it can be stressful so getting such a pleasant customer service experience really made my day! she was so sweet and helpful she even wouldn’t let me take the boxes to my car alone! I tried to tell her it was ok but she insisted and followed with an umbrella! Thank you Michelle you were an angel on a gloomy day !

  So far, so good. The reservation was held, price was adjusted from what listed online. Lionel explained everything, got me the better promotion, and provided an exceptional service and professionalism.
  Have to purchase the facility lock and insurance of course. The upfront cost was more than desired, but reasonable. Two are only one time costs. Again, not blind sided as Lionel mentioned before hand.
  The facility was very clean, the units are secure and very clean. Keypad entry on the Eastway side.
