  Benchmark on Prosperity Church/Benfield is the best place to go for Plantra Fasciitis. Makayla was a great Physical Therapist. She has a lot of patience. I received the appropriate level of care yet the service was warm but not overbearing. She understands that each patient is different and conducts a specialized program based on their needs. I felt so comfortable going to this location. The Staff gives you a chance to ask questions and they explain why you need a particular therapy. Today was my last day at Benchmark as strange as it sounds, I will truly miss the staff. Even upon my departure Makayla gave me tips going forward on how to maintain therapy with appropriate exercise. They start on time & no waiting period. I wish I could give the staff 10 stars!

  Nothing but great things to say about this place and it's staff. You really feel like you are their most important patient even though you see them treating other patients with the same respect. I came in for chronic knee pain in both knees. I could hardly walk up or down stairs and it was affecting my ability to walk. They have helped me eliminate all knee pain in one knee and most of the knee pain in the other (still undergoing therapy). If you have a body ailment, I highly suggest you visit them. I've seen them treating knees, shoulders, TMJ, vertigo, and all sorts of surgical rehab. I'm sure they can get you fixed up and operating like you used to.

  I received excellent service by all staff members. The therapists are professional, competent and very friendly. The place is very clean. I went in for back pain and saw almost immediate improvement using their therapy.

  I had TMD along with Torticollis. Benchmark Physical Therapy @ Prosperity Village is amazing in treating TMD. Mr.David Anderson was very knowledgeable and expert in dry needling. I had seen speedy recovery under his treatment. Will highly recommend this place for any dry needling needs.
