Simone was NOTHING short of amazing. She was very welcoming. She asked about my specific wants and made sure to show me every single unit that was available!! Very patient as well. I didn’t have my Id at first so I told her I’ll be back. She waited for me to come back and I was so thankful for her doing that because she didn’t have to. I love love love her and of course the units as well. This complex will forever be on my list of places to move.

I’ve recently relocated from Atlanta and moved to CityPark View, my experience has really great. Brianna my leasing professional was welcoming when I arrived for my appointment as well as patient with me asking a million questions to ensure the community was the right fit. I also appreciated the quick response times to our email correspondences. Kudos to Avery and the maintenance team for the upkeep of the grounds and their efficient response to any request submitted. Happy to call this community home.

My fiancé and I just moved in a few weeks ago and we really love the place. We moved in to a recently renovated apartment and we definitely feel it was worth the extra cost! As will any construction there were some minor issues we noticed but Chris, who is apart of the maintenance team, has been very helpful in getting everything squared away in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with our experience thus far and we recommend putting City Park View at the top of your apartment hunting list.

This apartment complex has exceptionally professional staff, especially JC. I toured the property a couple of weeks ago and JC thoroughly explained any and every question you can think of. The community itself is beautiful and the amenities within the community are top notch. The community is in a great location that appears safe. Minutes from Charlotte Premium outlets, South End, and the airport, just to name a few. Although price may be of concern for a lot of people during the current time, I believe that for the amenities, location, staff, and apartment style and size, it's worth it; if you can afford it. I highly recommendation this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new home and can financially it.
