I had an emergency situation with a cracked tooth over Thanksgiving weekend. It was bad. Super painful and half of my tooth was dangling out of my gums. I called Friday night and Dr. Cerasaro saw me Saturday morning. I don’t know what I would have done without him. He was extremely professional and friendly. But most of all he made himself available when I was having an emergency. Saved the day!

Highly recommend. I have been a patient for over 3 years now. Dr. Cerasaro and his staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They greet you with a smile at the door, send helpful appointment reminders, and provide efficient/thorough cleanings. Crown Point Family Dentistry is also the team doctor for the Charlotte Checkers, so if they can handle hockey players' teeth, they can handle yours.

Absolutely amazed at this place. All of the staff are very friendly and the thorough. From explaining coverages and payments ahead of upcoming appointments to explaining procedures and giving info as they occur, you won't be left with any questions or have any surprises here. They plan your visits out with you to make sure any future appointments are on the calendar, and they follow up by phone afterwards to make sure everything is as to be expected. You can also communicate with them via text message if you have a busy schedule. Would 100% recommend this practice and I will be staying with them for the foreseeable future.

I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist office in my life! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. My first time visiting this office I was introduced to the staff by name that made me feel important and valued. I usually go for my normal 6 month cleaning. However, if I need any extra work I’ll see Dr. Cerasaro and let me tell you he’s AMAZING!! I’ve had to have work done to my teeth including fillings. During the procedures he has made me confident that he knows what he’s doing. After a the procedures I felt no pain and had no issues. In addition they recommended me to a great orthodontist. Which I now have braces to correct to my smile. Safe to say I found my home as far as a dentist. If you are looking for a dentist please consider Crown point family dentistry. I have been a patient with this practice for about 20 years. They are the nicest people, caring and knowledgeable. If I need work done other than 6 month cleaning, they tell me exactly the cost. All care choices are collaborative discussions. They explain everything so that I'm an informed consumer. With great confidence I recommend them to EVERYONE I know. Each time I leave I chuckle to myself, thinking how lucky am I, I have had a great time at the dentist office.
