Latitude49

I was helping my friend, who was on a budget, find affordable Student Housing in Charlotte. We came across Latitude49. Not only was I impressed with the customer service in the office, but we were grateful for the manager named Quin, who helped us. Finding a place was hard for my friend, and Quin helped us through the process. When we had important questions about cost, he broke down everything to ensure my friend was getting the best price. Apartments are nice. Plenty of visitors parking. Leasing office staff are very helpful. Brandon and Christeena got me all set up in a timely manner. Security is present in dark hours.

Moving in was super easy and organized. The office staff were amazing! Brandon and Austin stood out the most! Awesome atmosphere and a great team of agents.

I stayed here for a year and loved every minute of it. The office staff is very friendly and always around to help out! Especially loved how they care about their pet residents as much as the people with their dog park and pet toys in the front office!
