Carolina Pharmacy - Arboretum

I was meaning to write this review sometime earlier but I'm getting around to it now because it is important! I should first mention that the test was not for me but for my sister in law who was visiting. This review is based on my experience! My sister in law needed a rapid covid test done for her flight back home and although I had not ever been to this pharmacy before, I had driven by it many times and decided to give it a try since we were on a time crunch and it was nearby. Since the test was not done on me I'd like to explain why I am writing this review. Emma not only greeted my sister in law, but also myself. She is authentic in the way she speaks and acts, and as outsiders, that is key in customer service. I wouldn't have thought that going to the pharmacy, especially for someone else, would have such a positive effect on my day. I feel that Emma is an asset to this pharmacy because of how helpful, knowledgeable, and warm she is. She also took care of us in a timely manner. I have to make sure I can give Emma this recognition because she is a bubble of positivity and I can't thank her enough for her genuine kindness. This is now my pharmacy of choice, thank you!

Recently Dr Chirag Patel went far above and beyond expected customer care and provided an excellent level of service that really helped me with an extenuating situation. They were swamped with Covid testing and it was Christmas week, so it would have been understandable that they couldn't assist me. Regardless, Dr Patel really stepped up to help, for which I am so grateful! They have a customer for life!

This place is run by amazing people who are genuine and kind. They want to give an awesome experience to every customer. I personally have used their Covid testing for exposures because they are professional, prompt, friendly. I know it’s busy right now and everyone is booking online. Just know their team is working quickly and they care that you are happy. I was so proud of their team today. I was sitting there watching others grow impatient when it was not their fault we had a line. Others traveling for holidays showed up and took testing spots before their designated time. The back up did result in a line. The team was running car to car apologizing and working to resolve it. They were getting yelled at and talked down to and they just continued to apologize. I would urge everyone to remember these team members are heroes. They are there to see your potentially Covid positive self and get you quick results. Be kind. Be thankful they are there. I personally think they are the best testing facility and kindest place to go. Let’s remember we are human and there is a process and sometimes that process is harder than other times. This place is normally spot on with appointments don’t even pay attention to reviews saying they take a long time. I have never waited til today and it was NOT their fault. Always recommend this place.

I literally cannot say enough great things about Carolina Pharmacy. Their entire staff is amazing! My mother is on a lot of prescriptions. The pharmacy gets the prescription from the doctor, fills it, and delivers it to our door. The time their services saves my family is huge. They are professional, and compassionate. We are truly blessed to have Carolina Pharmacy on my mothers care team!
