Best Carpet Solution

I called for an appointment that I needed within a day and they were very accommodating. The technician that came out was named Boris. Boris explained what he would be doing, worked quickly, did an amazing job and was very professional ?. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

I did not meet Boris. My daughter handled this. She said Boris was very professional and friendly. He made sure she understood exactly what was being done and how much it would cost before he started cleaning. We had the deep cleaning because it had been a long time since they were cleaned. We are very happy with the carpet that looks like new.

I had to pay additional but it was worth it because my carpets looked beyond sad. Three pets and two kids does wear and tear! The guys were amazing! I normally don’t tip for things like that ( I do at restaurants and nail places but not something like this service is rare because it’s so expensive as is ) and someone has to really go above and beyond when I am looking at tipping on top of service paid but I thought they deserved it! They worked hard, did a great job, and my Carpet looks new!! Fingers crossed it stays that way for at least a couple of weeks. If it last for three to four weeks they will get my repeat business. They were super guys. Had my house cleaned the same day and can’t say the same for that... so thank goodness I had this positive experience.

After reading the reviews I pretty much knew what to expect, so purchased the carpet cleaning for 5 rooms through Groupon, even tho I only needed 3 done. Jacob arrived on time, and he explained throughly what I was getting. I did add a deep clean for my downstairs area and added for my steps to be done. Jacob worked fast & efficient and left my carpet looking brand new. I was able to pay for the additional services through cashapp which made for an easy transaction.

Boris was a wonderful technician who magically clean my carpet. Him and his teammate did a Wonderful job. I found them on Groupon an it was worth the look My carpet looks amazing and feel great to my feet. When Boris release the water to let me be aware of what we we’re walking on. It was disgusting. It’s best I put them in my monthly budget.
