  As long as my husband and I are living in the Charlotte area we will continue to satisfy our short term storage needs with this company. They always hire an excellent management team to keep the facility operating at maximum effectiveness. Working with Harold has been a breath of fresh air. He is professional, honest, trustworthy and went above and beyond to advocate for me and my family. Thank you for your support during this process Harold, it really means a lot :-) It’s extremely rare to find service on this level. If you are considering utilizing this company, don’t hesitate!!!

  I’m sort of in a rush to move so a storage unit was a must for me. Harold’s customer service was great. He was super informative on the tour of the space and explained everything thoroughly (hours, fees, etc). Everyone knows moving is stressful but Harold made it a little bit easier for me. Would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage. Thanks again!

  Great move-in experience, excellent staff! The online prices are a good deal, even with the additional insurance fee that is not included in the advertised price. I moved from another unit nearby because Extra Space was a better deal for a bigger unit, and I'm very happy with my decision!

  Fantastic experience! Great service! We booked our units from Boston. Harold was very patient and took the time to walk us thru the “easy process” of booking ahead so our belongings had a place to land in Charlotte. We definitely will refer our family and friends to Harold and Extra Space Storage!
