Sondra Jones is the BEST! I called with a question about a quote I had gotten online and she immediately jumped in and took the reins, going out of her way to ensure that I was purchasing the correct coverage (and getting the best deal possible!) Nobody thinks of shopping for insurance as a fun task, but she made the experience totally easy and pleasant from start to finish. Truly a 10/10!
