By far one of the best customer service experience! I used and this store a lot for my business. I must say, each time I showed up, any of the amazing staffs that are currently there would always greet me with a smile! They are fast, efficient and professional! Highly recommend them for all your shipping needs! The best hands down!

First of All, this is an extremely busy, busy location. I actually have the choice of utilizing the UPS STORE Nearby my residence, but have drove the distance in order to get here. In particular there’s one lady that’s always here, helping and catering and caring for everyone she comes into contact with.

Her name is Sarah. Her attention to detail and love for taking care of customers and unwavering commitment to excellence & composure under tension. Reflects greatly upon herself and the UPS Store as a whole.

Now coming here and witnessing two separate incidents where these customers “think,” The world evolves around them and their transaction is insane.

The first time this older caucasian female step in front of me and began telling Sarah to send off her packages now. Without reservations or hesitation she politely let her know she would have to wait in line. Then she begin to let us know she’s from Germany & over in Germany they don’t put up with foolishness.

After that remark i let her know ma’am, you’re going to get a chance also. Stop acting like popcorn.

Then again today a Gentleman comes in and brings his cart inches away from my leg as if everyone must immediately submit and yield to his presence. I could only imagine what happens throughout the course of a day.

I want to thank Amir for helping me today and his heart of gold for taking care of his UPS Family!

Having vital Team Members like these are a huge asset and very necessary piece for any company wanting to maintain a competitive advantage over any other competition. You guys are OUTSTANDING THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE. I See immediate $$$ in Sarah’s future.

So let’s make it happen (UPPER ECHELON/MANAGEMENT )and give her what she’s worth. Because on all accounts you can’t afford not to take care someone of this caliber. The People will always be the one, to make or break a culture.

Sarah at the Bartow rd ups store was super helpful. She moved thru my packing boxes to customers coming in with such professional ease. I loved to just watch her pack the boxes like a real pro. She is down to earth friendly and I love that in service personnel. I will visit her every time I'm back in Florida. Thank you, Kara Leah Steeno

This is the best UPS store location. It really comes down to the friendliness of the staff. I was in Plant City for another reason and stopped at the UPS store there, and the staff all acted like they didn't want to be there and didn't have time to deal with whatever I was bringing them. This location is always friendly and helpful and makes our day a little better.

Art and Alyssa are great! They went out of their way to help us first time eBay sellers successfully send off our package in the best shape possible. Will definitely utilize this UPS store more often in the future!
