If I can’t give this place like 100,000 stars I would. He knows how to fix a multi needle machine I was in the middle of orders could not get my orders done because I just had so many problems out of my machine. I literally dropped it off today at 10 AM right when they open I was actually there early and sat in the car until somebody open the door . I literally got a text message at 5:20 that my machine is ready for pick up. I was told that my machine will take a week they try to do these first because they’re big and bulky and they don’t have room for them. so I was thinking OK I’ll come get it next week. I can’t speak for everybody’s machine because mine was just a very easy fix . But I literally got my machine back the exact same day and that’s amazing because now I don’t have to worry about pushing my clients behind on orders. They even added extra parts for me that guy was randomly missing on my machine. done a stitch test out and made sure everything was working. My machine is running brand spanking new like out of the box again. Your machines are like a car so make sure you take care of them go drop them off at this place and he will take care of you. I want to say thank you so much from a small business.

I was recently considering purchasing a new flat bed embroidery machine and had seen representatives from Lee’s Creative Sewing and Vacuums at an event a couple of years ago, so decided to call to ask questions about the Brother line. Barry was so incredibly helpful that I decided to visit his store - which is 3 hours from my home. Happily, I am now the proud owner of a Luminaire and cannot say enough good things about Brother and the terrific attention Barry and the staff have given me. I will be taking another machine up in a couple of weeks for him to service and I’m sure my needs will be more than met by Barry and his team at Lee’s. For anyone looking to buy an embroidery machine, please call and speak to Barry before you do - you won’t be sorry!!

I have a combo embroidery/sewing machine that I am slowly figuring out how to use. I stopped in to get some thread and spoke with Berry. He was incredibly helpful, kind and patient with my questions. He explained quite a few things to me including the differences between threads.
The thread I purchased is sooo much better than the junk I got at a local chain store. It doesn't jam or fray and my work looks much nicer!

The woman who was at the register was sweet and friendly. We had a great conversation. :-)

I was amazed at the amount of accessories and supplies they have for sale! I have found my new store for all things sewing/embroidering.

Berry and his staff were fabulous testing & repairing my central vacuum hose attachment and also looking at my power head for rugs and flooring. Although the power head couldn't be repaired, Berry showed me an option that fitted my existing nozzle. Their price was no higher than purchasing it on my own. The Sebo model is so easy to use, quiet and comes with a strong warranty. We were pleased with the time and attention given as well as the quality of products available. There was also a small sewing tool that I had been searching for in the greater Charlotte area for some time and was thrilled Lee's had it for a few dollars. Pleased & definitely will return.
