We love these postal workers. This is the only post office we will go to. Twice the wonderful women at the front have helped my elderly wife by carrying her extremely heavy, bulky packages to the car. Also the passport worker if she is not busy with an applicant takes the next person in the regular line. The line goes fast! They work very hard, are efficient, reliable and kind. We get our mail like clockwork. Thank you all at South Providence PO! These are truly good, good people.

This is a great Post Office. Without fail, the employees are expert, friendly, and go beyond the mile to help everyone. My mail is delivered faithfully to my box in perfect shape. We have a post office across the street from our house but chose to drive a few miles in traffic to this post office instead because it has such wonderful service and reliable people. They work hard and are efficient yet take a moment to smile at us. Thankful for this PO!

I go out of my way to go to this Post Office! I do not need to go often, but when I do, I go to this location! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they really seem to enjoy serving their customers. This time, however, TOPPED every other visit. Of course, I am only the 2nd person this has happened to, but I was mailing documents for my Passport Renewal. The Passport clerk who helped me made everything so easy! After addressing the envelope she instructed me to mail, I dropped it in the larger drop box as I did not consider this to be a 'Letter.' Well, the Passport I was returning got stuck and I mean STUCK! You couldn't get it in or out!! The Mail clerk, Bobbie, came over to help me and she has the patience of Job because she worked and worked and worked very gently to ensure my Passport and my other documents were not torn or ripped! I leave a Review for these folks as they are just THE BEST! This time however, they deserve 100 STARS vs. only 5!!! Thank you Bobbie and the other Mail clerk whose name begins with a "P," and I'm so sorry I can't remember it, but thank you BOTH!!! Be Safe & Well! Sherri L.
