  From the greeting to the farewell, you are treated like family. Red Rocks is a community driven restaurant chain with a commitment to excellence. Great menu variety and reasonable prices. Perfect for a date night, lunch meeting, brunch and to host a party. I have also used them for private business functions and the staff are very attentive before and during the event. The staff are very professional regardless of the time of day and the size of your party.

  This was my Second time visiting this restaurant. I understand that recently they renovated and it is very pleasant inside. I got there before my friend and they were kind enough to seat me before she arrived. We were seated at the back by a large television with a Fishtank on the screen. This idea is very calming but it is a little odd being seated in the back. This room felt more like an extra space for parties or big groups.
  The staff were friendly and I believe one of the managers even stopped by to check on us to see how our meal was and that was nice. I had a small Caesar salad with my Chicken blackened; it had a little spice to it and I’ll tell you it was Perfect! Best Chicken Cesar salad I have ever had! The portion size of the small was just right for a light lunch! The parking here is a little strange I cannot even tell you what is the front or what is the back. You really have to be looking for this place. I will definitely come back!

  I have been a customer of Red Rocks truly since its inception. I have eaten most of what's on the menu and lots of specials. I can honestly say I feel Red Rocks (all locations) is one of the most consistent restaurants that you'll find in the Charlotte area. From the seasonal Copper River Salmon to the everyday Cajun Pasta (add shrimp and chicken), the food is amazing. From the kind, smiling wait staff, generous bar tenders, creative, diligent chefs and wonderful and I mean super wonderful owners, Red Rocks is a dining experience not to be missed. I didn't even mention the desserts, best in Charlotte.

  Our awesome home building and Community Building team chose Red Rocks for our annual Christmas party. We love to celebrate and commend one another for a successful year and thankfully this year we had great food courtesy of their amazing kitchen and wait staff. Even though the place was packed wall-to-wall they made us feel very important and had a very personal touch. The drinks and food were amazing. We thank you for helping us celebrate the season and our successes.

  Amazing food! Seared tuna with avocado was cooked perfectly and super fresh. Service was great, and I recommend a mojito and the coconut cake. When you ask to see a dessert menu they bring out a full tray with a pretty awesome presentation.
  
  The spinach dip appetizer was okay, definitely just average. I would focus on the other stars of the menu like the fish and steak.
