  Our family was a member of this gym for around 5 years until we recently moved. LOVE the childcare center and the lovely people that work over there! They do a great job caring for the children albeit sometimes in the evenings there are so many kids. Of course it gets busy in the gym so that can be a little limiting at peak hours. During the day it’s pretty open and easier to find unoccupied machines etc;
  
  The front desk staff (the primary people whose name I should know but don’t) are friendly and professional! The manager is also friendly and attentive. Overall, a good experience!

  Great chain of full service gyms! Excellent classes, well maintained equipment, clean and friendly. The memberships offer different levels and most gyms have child care, on site cafe and wellness salon. Saunas, pools, hot tubs available too!

  This is my go to Gym it’s the closest to me. I love the locker rooms but they literally never have deodorant anymore. After I first signed up they don’t put it out any more. Which is a bummer..
  
  You do get to use the spray deodorant (if you like manly scents)
  
  The hot tub/sauna/ steam saunas are all inside the locker rooms. I can never sit with a loved one of the opposite sex… Plymouth is my go to for unisex friendliness!
  
  There’s almost always equipment open for use!
  
  The Classes with Tina are just heavenly. She’s amazing at what she does! I go to this gym just for her!
  
  There are so many classes to choose from and mostly good instructors teaching them p.s (Tina)
  
  The slide was quite fun in the pool area and they even have a rope you can swing on to swing in the pool..
  
  I loved playing with family the pool volleyball.
  
  And the inside splash pad was so fun 🤩 even for an adult 🙌
  
  My favorite part of the Lifetimes is the uniqueness and different things they offer even from each other.

  I’ve had two exceptional experiences with Pure Cardiology and Dr. Richard Browne— an initial office visit and an echocardiogram. As background, I’ve had 4 heart surgeries since 1994– so I’m fairly experienced with cardiology visits. The office visit with Dr Browne was relaxed, thorough and not at all rushed-and every question was answered in great detail. Dr. Browne was in the room during my echocardiogram explaining in real time every measurement and function of my heart. No doctor had ever done this for me in my previous dozens of echocardiograms.
  I am grateful (and very happy) to be a patient of Pure Cardiology and Dr. Richard Browne.

  Highly recommend Dr.Stephenson! He is by far the most thorough and intelligent doctor I have encountered. Love the very generous amount of time he spends during EACH visit, & that he is constantly thinking of ways to help me & my family! He utilizes his vast knowledge to provide the best care for his patients. He not only practices integrative medicine, he goes beyond by teaching Plant based cooking lessons & offering numerous healthy Life hacks and extra support on our quest to make healthier lifestyle choices.
  In the past 14 months, with his guidance... I have weaned off of 7 medications, including Cholesterol, blood pressure, & anti cancer meds. Dr Chris monitors my bloodwork & weight (etc) info via his In Body Machine and he guides me on eating plant based, adding supplements, and exercising daily!
  I am pain free, have lost 40 pounds while maintaining my muscle mass! ?
  I am 53 years old, 3 years post heart attack and 5 years out of Breast cancer treatment... Thoroughly trust Dr. Chris, & Very much appreciate him, and of course Robin too!

  Dr. Stephenson is an amazing being who believes that human life is worthy of being treated with care. I’m grateful for his advice and willingness to seek out new and natural methods that heal our bodies at the cellular level. He’s awesome! ??

  Dr. Stephenson is very professional, and knowledgeable. He is truly a plant based cardiologist, and offers healthy solutions before prescribing medicine. He performs diagnostic tests to determine the cause of disease and does not make you pay for unnecessary tests. I highly recommend Dr. Stephenson.
