The staff was great and very friendly everyone was following covid guidlines and we're overall efficient and professional, I had Julian was a great help with choosing new frames and was very pleasant to talk with!
The Team at Piedmont Eyecare was professional and had all of the COVID-19 protocols in place to assist in getting new frames and lenses. I felt safe and noticed the best practices in place to ensure safety. Kristina and Carla took great care of me- they will have me for life!
As an established patient at Piedmont Eye Care , with Dr. Phillippe I broke the frame on my glasses and was desperate to have fixed due to a timley personal meeting coming up soon.
So I called the front desk and they were terrific ! I was directed to Julian Velasco who solved my problem the next business day.
Thank You Julian Velasco !
Dr. Phillippe, see you next time for my exam!

First rate Dr. and staff. Dr. Philippe was straight up with me regarding my sight and the prospects for improving it at this time. I am currently functioning fine with "readers." He demonstrated to me that there could be an improvement in my distance vision but agreed that it would not be substantial. He did suggest an "occupational" lens that would provide clarity at computer distance and with a progressive lens sharpen the reading distance. I opted to continue with my current "reader" solution and there was no pressure to purchase the prescription lens. I was MORE impressed with the diagnostic and clinical skills regarding the health of the visual system. The tests for glaucoma, macular degeneration, etc. were completed Stephanie with a high degree of confidence and skill. The results were throughly explained to me by Dr. Philippe. Kris from the optical department went over my options for the occupational lens but was quite nice when I told her that I was going to continue with the "readers" at this time. She was very kind and checked on an order for my wife who is also a patient at this office. Porsha was efficient and welcoming during the "check in " process. I give this entire outfit a 5 star rating and highly recommend them. Very good optical service and just as important very good customer service. (You don't get that much anymore) Go see these guys.
I love Piedmont Eyecare Associates. All of their employees are truly helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Major is a totally helpful doctor who has genuine concern for her patients and had been working with me and my difficult schedule to get my vision back in shape. She's personable with you and considers all options prior to making a decision for you. If the first option for you doesn't work, she just keeps making adjustments until you are satisfied and can clearly see the world again.
