Had the unfortunate experience of getting a speeding ticket early one morning on the way to work. Been over 25 years since my last traffic violation. However, this one was 15 mph over posted limit! 45 mph zone down to 35 mph, early morning, no traffic and a city kitty with a radar/revenue gun.
