Sam's Club

Parking is good and you can easily find a spot you might have to walk a bit but not bad. Customer service usually answers the phone more than most other Sam's club locations but still it's not a guarantee.

Return policies on customers satisfaction guarantees are not bad.. speaking of Laptops have a 14-day return policy.

With everything going on if you want the essentials like water, toilet paper, paper towels, etc you better get there early or they will be out. Other than that, the store is always clean. Check out is easy. The staff is usually friendly and helpful if you can find one not stocking products, lol

I love Sam's they have good fresh food and they always have good prices. Bakery is the best priced muffins around,the fruit is always fresh and they help you find the freshest strawberries or any fruit.

Clean, all were wearing masks today. Looks like all perishable items (meats, seafood, etc) are in stock and plentiful. I use the Same Club scan and go app which is wonderful. Connect to free WiFi in store. Opens Sam's Club app, scan and checkout. No waiting in line.

This Sam's club has several features most do not. It is a little larger building. The electronics section has a greater variety. They have a meat counter with specialized products. They also do fresh sushi which is outstanding. Overall a great Sam's club . I know it's the best one in the Charlotte area.
