I had a great experience getting set up with a CPAP machine. Jason patiently explained all the finances and insurance, and Sonya did a GREAT job training me to use the machine. I left the office feeling very confident, and I haven't had any problems getting started, even though I am the least mechanically-inclined person you will ever meet. I am very satisfied with the service I've received.

Jason Graham has been extremely helpful! His concern for his customers is evident in his thorough attention to detail and follow through. Through another company I ordered my CPAP machine 12/31/21. They never can tell me where I stand in the waiting queue! My out of warranty machine has broken and Jason tried to help me with that too! I am so impressed with Jason's professionalism and care! I'm a customer for life!

I needed to rent a wheelchair fast for a family friend being discharged from the hospital the same day. Cassie assisted me over the phone and I could not have asked for better. She was extremely personable and her customer service went above and beyond. Thanks to Cassie I was able to pick the rental wheelchair the same day.

Jason Graham who works here was phenomenal! I needed to trade out a wheel chair for a family member and had my baby and was unable to get out of the car i called and he answered and he worked above and beyond to help me by coming out with the wheel chair so i wouldn't have to go inside and switch them around for me. He was friendly and willing to help in any way to make the transition smooth and easy! With his kindness and helpfulness i will definitely recommend anyone to go here by his work i can tell they give Excellent service!!!

My husband and I have been customers of Carolina Medical for years and each time we reach out they are phenomenal to deal with. I specifically ask to speak to Ezequiel Silva as he continuously goes above and beyond for us. Whether the communication is via email or telephone he responds almost immediately and works to ensure we are fully taken care of.
