AC Hotel by Marriott Chapel Hill Downtown

Very clean. Staff were kind and patient at check-in and check-out. I didn't even come near another guest while staying. I literally only saw two staff members and they were both masked and behind clear guards on the counter. Breakfast was nice. I felt safe and comfortable. This was my second stay during COVID as I am in the area for work and both stays were perfect. Location of hotel is also very conveniently located near Franklin Street, restaurants, etc. Would stay again.

What a great hotel in a great town. The hotel was in the perfect location, it was clean, comfortable, inviting, a great value and generally an all around a great stay. Obviously not all services were up and running during the pandemic, but that did not really matter at all. During our stay we met a couple members of the staff and they were awesome. Adonis who worked both the bar and the front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and an all around great person. What an asset! Stephanie was also very friendly, efficient professional and also made our stay a little better. Great Job all around.

Very nice place to stay. You can walk to get something to eat,a walk down town. There is a Target about 2 block from them too. I just didnt understand why if you pay $100 a night to stay there, why you had to pay $ 10.00 to park in their parking deck.look like that would be in the price.

Excellent stay after a crazy arrival. We arrived about 30 minutes after an unexpected power outage to part of the city of Chapel Hill. The staff were so nice and accommodating even though we couldn't get checked in yet. After about a 25 minute wait the power came back on and we could check in. The room was extremely clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
