My wife and I have been clients of Mark Costley for over 20 years since he was in private practice in Raleigh and we attended one of his seminars. He prepared our original trust documents and we followed him to Durham when he joined a large law firm specializing in Estate Planning.

When he more recently formed Clarity, we retained our relationship because we feel he has a real empathy with the needs of his clients and his extremely knowledgeable on the current changes in laws affecting estate plans. He is proactive in letting us know when the law has impacted our plan.

Further, Clarity has a very talented and helpful staff, paralegals, and other attorneys, yet is not so huge that you receive less than personal attention. Frequent client seminars on various topics, such as a recent one on Fiduciary responsibilities and a Legacy Program for annual review of our trust are pluses.
