Power Solutions NC, LLC

We had a generator installed after Hurricane Fran. Installers could not make it work properly with the propane we use for heating. After failures by several other companies, Power Solutions was recommended to us. After one short visit it has worked flawlessly. Have used their annual maintenance since. Recently we noticed a problem with the test run. They responded quickly, identified the problem, and corrected it. Our neighbors were without power for over 24 hours due to Ian, but our generator powered our entire house and horse barn without difficulty.

When a storm knocked out power and our generator failed to stay on we called on a Saturday morning and within 4 hours Matt was at our home. He checked everything figured out what was wrong and had us back up and running. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and was there when he said he would be. Thanks to Power Solutions NC we can make it until the power comes back on.

I purchased a 20,000 KW Generator from Power Solutions in 2010. I live in Durham. They have serviced my 2010 generator for the past 12 years and have done an excellent job. AND THE GENERATOR STILL WORKS!!! So pleased with them. They always do their best and this is so important to me. I just moved into a brand new house in Pinehurst and I won’t call anyone but them and there is a generator company in MY TOWN! That should speak for itself.
