Great experience with Scott. I had gotten into two different yellow jacket nests in the last two weeks. I knew approximately where they were. Scott located them quickly and took care of them for us. Would (and have) recommended highly.

We could not be happier. We found a wasp nest in our back yard on Thursday morning. We were having a child’s birthday party on Saturday and thought we may have to relocate or postpone but, after some research and reading some outstanding reviews we called Scotts Turf & Pest Services. The owner Steve answered right away and we explained our problem. He said that he would be here early evening and take care of the wasp.He showed up on time and was very personable and professional. After explaining the process he suited up and very methodically sprayed for the wasp. Steve said it’s possible if any survive they may relocate, just give him a call. The party was a huge wasp free success! I have spread the word to family and friends about Scotts. They are the best!

Mr. Scott is an amazing individual with amazing energy. He brought with him a level of compassion and concern that a customer dreams about when dealing with something as serious as pest. I felt he was focused, thorough respectful, informative kind, honest and fair. His service was 300 bucks cheaper than the big-name competitors. He did everything he could to help my family find a solution to our issue. I wish he was a plumber, a mechanic or any position that provided a service that people normally get taken advantage of, because people like him remind us all that you don’t have to go to big name company for quality service. I would recommend him for all your pest control needs.

I checked my local area to see if there was anyone nearby that could help me out with a pest control issue I was having at my home. I found evidence of mice for about a week and had a palmetto bug get in and that was the last straw. I called Scott’s Turf and Pest Services and scheduled an appointment for the next not-rainy day. My nerves were shot after a week dealing with the mice, so I ended up visiting family over the weekend.

On the appointment day, they assured me that the spray was safe and that the bait would take care of the mice. I stayed for the appointment, but didn’t want to see any more creepy crawlies (even if they were on the way out) and I went back to my family’s place. I’m back now and I saw some evidence of mouse activity, but I’ll have to see what’s up with them. I’m staying vigilant! The outdoor treatment seems good from what I can tell so far. Way fewer bugs in general running around and hopefully all the ones I’m the most scared of are gone. Only time will tell!

I appreciated chatting and having all my questions answered- there was a whole list!- as well as a couple questions I forgot about after the appointment. No hesitation on assuring me that it didn’t seem too bad (I was admittedly a little worked up given I live in a small space and the creepies feel way closer than in a traditional home). I am thankful to have someone on my side that I can contact with any questions rather than waiting over a week and staying stressed out!
