Country Boys Custom Paint and Body

Had an appointment for my daughter for urgent care at Carbon Health this evening. This was our first time trying Carbon Health, and I am so glad we went. I loved how simple it was to make an appointment through their website, at the location of our choice, same day! With many appointment times available. I easily filled out all check-in forms, medical history, insurance info, and payment info online before the appointment. It was quick and the interface was very simple and thorough. The physical location was modern, extremely clean, and peaceful. Which is unlike any urgent care we have ever been to. My daughter was called to see the doctor right at appointment time (again, this is urgent care, during a high sickness season, at the busiest time of the evening) which is usually unheard of. They did full blood work and all pertinent tests on the spot, and her doctor was kind and gave her a pleasant experience. I highly recommend trying out Carbon Health if you haven’t already. The most stress-free experience I’ve ever had when needing a sudden trip to the doctor.

It was my first time here today; since my primary doctor had no available openings until November, and my usual urgent care was closed, I decided to give this place a try based off online reviews (which were accurate)👍

Overall, it was a great experience. The front office staff were pleasant and kind.
I appreciate that I didn't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork or wait forever to be seen. The doctor, Heather, who saw me was very knowledgeable, thorough, caring & took the time to actually listen to me (which is very rare these days).

I would definitely consider coming back, in the future, if I can't seem to make it to my primary/usual urgent care.

All of the workers I met there was extremely friendly, compassionate, and professional. The place was kept super clean and modern they make the appointment process super easy so you can be seen in a timely manner. I came in and instantly felt heard, I felt like I was in good hands, they made sure to help me get the care I need and did absolutely everything in there power to make sure I was treated properly. I highly recommend them. A big thanks to Heather (NP). Thank you so much to the entire staffing team from receptionist to nurses great job as not all health professionals are as good as they are. They also accept health net insurance for anyone who needs to know in advance.

Excellent service. I mean I went in because my eye is swollen an hour before they closed. Signed in within 5 and seen by 10 minutes. The best part about it was instead of the doctor just giving me a prescription and dismissing me, they did prescribe the prescription but also sent me to a primary care for further observation. I love it, also the nurses have very great positive customer service. I would give a 10 / 10 and would very well recommend anyone who's reading this to visit if you need urgent care assistance.

I so appreciate the entire staffs professionalism and kindness. Your receptionist at the front desk took my information and I was seen quickly! Heather did a wonderful job of stitching up my wound. I believe that the scar will be minimal. The young man who cleaned my leg after Heather completed her procedure, bandage it and was clear and thorough with making sure I understood the directions to clean, redress the wound and return….
Heather was a gem! Super thanks to her for her calm, positive demeanor and the positively awesome job of making sure this wound heals well!

This was such a great experience! Mr. Quentin was through in all stages of my auto body repair. From explaining what needed to be done, charges, and suggested other work. We found Country Boys through a recommendation after we had an accident with our brand new custom RAM truck. From the very first phone call, we were guided through the process and the communication was especially impressive. Country Boys went above and beyond providing us with detailed information and pictures every step of the way. Of course, the most important part was the quality of work that was done and we were so impressed with the quality and especially the level of detail. The paint job was a custom pearl color that is very difficult to match and it was absolutely perfect. Our entire experience with the process and the staff was incredble and our truck was completely restored to a brand new condition.
