MedAccess Urgent Care - Roxboro

So Glad I made the decision to stop in today finally my stubbornness broke Front desk receptionist is also kind and efficient. Ashley the nurse she was so nice understanding I saw Pete Hawkins. He was wonderful, and spent so much time listening to me. Highly recommended! Front desk receptionist is also kind and efficient. Missed Mrs.Julia. Overall Really Good to go I finally got some relief!! I drive 30 minutes out of way to come to this place

I have been to MedAccess several times and have never been disappointed. From the moment you walk in, until the time you leave, you're treated well. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional and the providers take time to make sure you understand the plan of care. No long wait and you can actually check-in online. There is a monitor in the lobby that shows your wait time. Their service is always consistent!! How fortunate we are to have this facility and level of care in our community!!!

My whole family has been to this facility since it has been open which has been several years now. We've been there for things such as your common cold, flu, ear infection, rash, stitches etc. My husband has went with abdominal pain and was immediately told to go to the ER because his appendix needed to be taken out. He went to the ER and was in surgery that night (his appendix was about to burst). When my son had an ear infection they didn't just give me antibiotics and send us on our way, they spent 30 extra minutes with cleaning the wax out of his ear. I have never had a bad experience with the service or staff. Everyone (receptionist, nurses, LPN and doctors) has always been kind, attentive and thorough. We are offered something to drink once we're in a room. When the doctor comes in, I never feel like they are rushing to get me out the door. They spend the appropriate amount of time with us depending on the medical need. I've been in there on a Saturday 25 minutes before closing time and they were not rude or made me feel like an inconvenience. The rooms, waiting room and bathrooms are always clean. I've never been in their bathroom and not had toilet paper. I can't say enough about this urgent care. It has always been consistent in their quality, care, cleanliness and service!
