He holds the door as you approach it and insist to help you with any other loads you might need to bring in. I have never been to a laundromat with such a helpful person. I enjoy coming her to wash my clothes. Prices are great! There is also a car wash, so you can kill 2 birds with one stone. Clean clothes clean car.
