Escarate Electric

In May 2022, we hired Escarate Electric to do various upgrades to an old house we moved into in Asheboro. One project was a circuit for future use (dishwasher). Fast forward to October, and the dishwasher is ready to go in. No power to the dishwasher, so I sent Edgar an email and he came out as soon as he could to figure it out. He was done in 30 minutes and now we can move forward with the install.
I really appreciate the fact that he warrantied his work from 6 months ago, no questions asked.

We used Escalate for some electrical work in the house we just bought. Very little was grounded or grounded properly and they actually uncovered some loose wiring that was a big fire hazard. All the employees were incredibly kind, quick, and hardworking. They did a wonderful job of explaining what they were doing and fixing all of our concerns.
I am giving them 4 stars because in their first work through, they accidentally unhooked our workshop from the breaker panel. We had a large chest freezer in the workshop that had roughly 30 lbs of meat that all defrosted and rotted before we realized it hadn't been hooked back up. As soon as the mistake was uncovered we reached back out to Escalate and explained the issue. They were incredibly apologetic, fixed the problem immediately and reimbursed us for the lost product without question or complaint.
Their immediate willingness to fix the issue and reimburse us meant a lot, and now we are hiring them again to hang some new lighting and replace some wiring in said workshop. Every company deserves a second chance and we're happy to provide that opportunity.

I found these guys online and went with them due to the great reviews they had. I was not disappointed. This team was very professional, completed top quality work and accommodated my schedule.

I liked them so much, when I moved island needed another 220 outlet installed, I called them. I was met with the same smile and professionalism.

Edgar went out of his way to get my outlet installed within just a few days of the request.

When in need of a licensed electrician for my garage to salon conversion I felt lucky to find Escarate Electric. The owner Edgar is knowledgeable friendly, and far with pricing. Throughout my renovation I felt comfortable reaching out to Edgar with questions and had to add on work multiple times from other contractors from patching up my ceiling, adding electrical for my HVAC, and water heater and anything else I asked he was quick to respond and beyond fair with pricing. When we were having issues with our AC, the HVAC tech told us to call an electrician. I called around and Escarate Electric was able to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon.
