Central Piedmont Urgent Care

I had the unfortunate need to go to urgent care the other day. When we called to see how late they stay open, the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant and even told us to be safe while getting there. Upon entering the facility, it was clean and comfortable. Didn't have to wait long to be taken back. The front desk staff, nurse, PA (Lindsey) & Dr. Taylor were amazing. They took the time to listen, asked probing questions that I would not have thought to tell them. They even took an x-ray, just to help give me peace of mind. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing an urgent care in our area.

My 6 yr old had the honor of being treated today by the absolute “dream team” Dr. Taylor and nurse Tiffany. It was a true blessing to have them today. They don’t know the trauma my 6 yr old has had to experienced in doctors offices and hospitals and the fact that she has lifelong medical issues, but you wouldn’t know they were not aware. They treated her with the most care, patience, and understanding anyone could ask for from a doctor. They put HER first and took the time to listen and consider her feelings while giving her the best treatment possible. I am so thankful for them and the whole team at Piedmont Urgent Care in Randleman. If you have a child that has experienced trauma with doctor visits, you know what a blessing good doctors who actually care are. THANK YOU DR. TAYLOR AND NURSE TIFFANY!

Second time going there. Both times everyone has been professional and courteous. This time was for my son who is four. For young kids it can be scary, but they made him feel comfortable. They were also very quick in getting him in and listened to our concerns. Would give a higher rating if possible. Not happy just giving medicine to shut us up, but carefully and thoughtfully diagnosed him. Good to see Randleman FINALLY has a good urgent care to go to.

I brought my son in to get checked here to see if his condition would warrant a ED visit (ins protocol). As soon as we walked in they knew right away he had signs of being anemic. They done a rapid hemoglobin test so we could take it and show the ED department that we were directed to come in right away. We don’t have a definitive diagnosis but after all this time we are finally getting somewhere.
The provider has called a couple of times to check in on my son and I’m so thankful for that. Please keep doing what you are doing. We will always come here in the future. Thank you so much!

My daughter spiked a really high fever that had me worried, we rushed over to Central Piedmont Urgent Care and they were able to see her right away. The staff were all so kind to her while she wasn’t feeling the best. They were patient and reassured her the whole time what they needed to do and explained to her what they were doing before just doing anything. I can’t recommend this urgent care enough, they genuinely cared and wanted to help make her feel better.
