I-73/74 Visitor Center - Southbound

Located on a hill next to the interstate, this rest area is set in a very picturesque location and if you take the time to walk to the top picnic area you will be rewarded with some great views and also have a chance to check out the "green roof". The restroom was clean and stocked and the vending machines are reasonably priced. If you get there before 4 you can also check out the visitor center for some info both with pamphlets and friendly visitor reps. Such a nice place. Even has a waterfall. 100% recommend

This place was full. There was a long car line coming in. When we got up to the building, the place was huge. There were plenty of bathrooms, and they were pretty nice and clean. They had a welcome center with several cool displays of memorabilia and information. In spite of the number of people we were in, out, and back on the road!

One of the best rest area, visitor centers, restroom and vending stop off of Interstate 74. The staff are the best, the facilities are clean, they have tons of trails, green space, and pet walk stations to suit any traveler. They also boast ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, 🚻 restrooms, and more. They also have multiple 🗑️ trash and ♻️ recycling bins.

I absolutely LOVE this area! So big and so spacious, TONS of different vending machines, a pretty waterfall, and even a rooftop garden! Make sure you go up there, as there are INCREDIBLE views from the top that can't be beat!

It was such a great place to rest. I felt safe.
Visitor center was separate from the restroom building beautiful and it was beautiful.
Vending machines were full of snacks for everyone's taste and even had an old fashioned coffee vending machine!
