Mike and his team were fantastic. He really did a great job dealing with the seemingly endless complications that arose during the purchasing process and stood by us, ensuring we were treated fairly and not 'taken for a ride' because we were 1st time homebuyers. Mike was really great! He answered every one of my calls (and I called a lot)! He was always very patient, polite and respectful. He took the time to answer any and all of my questions and always in a timely manner. He would meet me, if needed. He would break things down and explain them to me if I needed it. I have worked with Mike Fleming on several properties in the past. Mike is a very professional person. Mike offered me great insight into the buying market. Once I finally made an offer on a property, Mike always followed up and made sure it was a smooth, quick transaction until the closing. Mike was always available, days off, weekend, and holidays.
