Zach and Nikki with Gasquatch Customs are some of the most reliable and trustworthy people that you can ever hope to do business with! I have bought a lot of cars over the years, but buying from them has been the best experience I've ever had, by far! They treat you with respect and take time to go over everything with you, making sure to answer any questions you may have. They went over where they purchased the car from, what all was wrong with it and everything that was repaired or replaced. I would definitely recommend them to my family, friends, or anyone that I know. I know that without a shadow of a doubt, that they would always be there for me if I ever needed anything from them. I have the utmost respect for them and their service.

We purchased our second vehicle from Zach and Nikki within a year to use as my daily driver. I absolutely love it! My old car was a 2008 Hyundai with over 245k miles and needing about $1k done in repairs. I got all of my money out of that car to say the least! It was just time for something new.

We began watching the website and Facebook for a car to purchase and finally found one at just the right time! A 2012 Kia Sorento Ex. My husband called and spoke with Zach about the car and we drove over and hour back to Concord to check it out.

Needless to say I fell on love with it! We bought it that day and left it there for them to put a new windshield in it along with taking it up to the dealership for a recall repair.

A week later we drove back down there and ended up staying to hang out with them for several hours before finally heading back home. It's more than just a business transaction when you buy from them. They treat you like family!

We just drove it to the beach for the first time this past month and it has done great! It has the double sun and moon roofs so it makes driving at night super fun.

We will continue to use Zach and Nikki for all of our car buying needs!!! Would definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Today I am gladly returning home for the second time from Gasquatch with a huge smile on my face and a new favorite spot. I can honestly say that I am surprised with the service I have received this time around. Somehow they try make even your second visit easier than the first which not many shops are able to do at all let alone even help you correctly the first time without ripping you off, scamming you or blatantly lying to you. The business is located in a very respected business district in Concord with Nicole and Zach probably being the most helpful ones in that entire area. It's a very pleasant building with plenty of space inside and outside to take a quick and comfortable stroll even if you have to wait for work to be finished on your vehicle. I love hanging out in the back like the average car guy but of course, don't walk into the garage unless permitted to do so. The rates of this shop are absolutely fantastic compared to anywhere else with the first hour of "diagnostic" being half that of the regular labor rate. With the staff being so responsive and helpful, they will walk you through every single step of the entire operation from the second you set an appointment to the time you leave. The normal labor rate is already half of what 95% other shops would charge to work on your vehicle (and their "diagnostic" isn't a scam or a lie like it is with most places at half that). I will surely be a returning customer like they have been a returning helpful hand. I don't normally do this long of a review but I really have to let everyone know about this much respected place of business. Lets help this local business grow for the greater good!

Oh, I forgot to mention. There's another bonus to taking your car, truck, SUV or other vehicle to Gasquatch! Guess what it is (my favorite part that keeps bringing me back)... If the work on your vehicle gets completed sooner then the estimated time they notify you of upon arrival... YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY THAT ADDITIONAL OVERHEAD that all other shops still charge you regardless! That means if your work requires 3 hours and he finishes it in 30 minutes like he did for me, YOU ONLY HAVE TO PAY FOR THOSE 30 MINUTES! Nothing more! Any other shop will still charge you that overpriced overhead for your parts, labor and time just so they can pocket more money off you! Not here. I found a new home for my car and I with some very amazing people.
