    Dr. Dorton is a wonderful very pleasant Doctor that wants to know all your symptoms and provide you with a treatment plan to solve any medical issue. She is thorough and caring! You won't find a better EENT Doctor, and I recommend her to anyone.

    The whole experience with both Dr. Dorton and Dr. Bates was pleasant and professional. Having been a patient of Dr. Kaufmann for a number of years, I know the practice and was very pleased to find my previous good experiences repeated with this appointment.

    Dr. Dorton is amazing!! She doesn’t get in a hurry or make you feel like “just another patient”. She takes the time to listen to each and every concern you have and explains everything in depth and makes sure you understand what’s going on and what needs to be done. I am so glad that she was recommended and would recommend her to everyone that needs an EENT Specialist.

    Dr. Dorton got right down to business and inserted a tube in a troubled ear within a few minutes. Fairly painless and quick.

    It was quite clear She knows her specialty and is one of the best I have encountered over many years.
