The products are plentiful enough to find what you need nearly every time and when you leave you're happy and more knowledgeable than you were walking in. They deserve every bit of Salisburys bike business because they know the art of having a successful, reliable family owned store.

(June 8, 2019, 3:05 pm)I went in window shopping for a new mountain bike, and Eric took the time to answer all my newbie questions. Went in a couple weeks later with more questions, and Scott not only took the time to answer my questions, but stayed a little past closing time to help me purchase my new bike. There was no pressure to upsell, and the prices are reasonable. I had a couple minor issues with the bike from being a new rider, and took the bike back a couple times to have them addressed. Not only was I greeted by name both times I came into the shop, the team went above and beyond to take care of my needs and help me correct them. Excellent experience with Skinny Wheels, I won't be shopping anywhere else.
